Have
~God's time-make a point to read the bible and or join a Christian based group, this may help give a sense of belonging
~Reading time-dedicate some time to reading either;novels, journals, newspapers which might help alot in avoiding an idle mind.
~Thinking time-you can have time to think out on the way forward, forget about the past and have time thinking and planning about the future.You may write down do's and dont's and positive goals to accomplish
~Family time-spending time with your family.that means parents, brothers or sisters and close friends. having some time together and maybe having recreational activities like swimming, movies together.
Purpose to engage in something that has a touch of eternity.....having a purpose in life
